Founding MRPDA
- Myanmar Real Property Development Association (MRPDA) was established on March 20, 2017, in Yangon, Myanmar.
- According to Article 42 of the Company Law of Myanmar, it is an organization with limited liability by guarantee without adding shares. It is an association officially recognized by the Government of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

The Central Executive Committee (CEC) Meeting No. (2/2026) of the Myanmar Real Property Development Association (MRPDA) was successfully held on June 6, 2026, at the meeting hall of Sky Palace Hotel in Nay Pyi Taw, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.![]()

The meeting was chaired by MRPDA Central Chairman U Nanda Kyaw and attended by members of the Central Executive Committee (CEC), chairpersons from various states and regions, association officials, and invited representatives.![]()

In his opening remarks, Chairman U Nanda Kyaw emphasized the important role of the Association in promoting the long-term development of Myanmar’s real estate sector. He highlighted that the unity, cooperation, and active participation of members are essential to achieving the Association’s objectives. He further stated that MRPDA will continue its efforts to ensure the systematic development of the real estate industry, promote compliance with existing laws and regulations, and contribute to the emergence of a real estate market that meets international standards in line with evolving economic conditions.![]()

During the meeting, CEC members and state/regional chairpersons presented reports and discussed the current status of activities in their respective areas, future plans of the Association, membership expansion initiatives, strengthening organizational regulations and governance, capacity-building programs for real estate professionals, the establishment of a trustworthy real estate market, and the current situation of the real estate sector.![]()

In addition, Vice Chairman (1) U Wunna Soe delivered a comprehensive presentation on enhancing members’ knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) regulations, organizing regular legal awareness training programs for members, and providing training courses in Digital Marketing to improve professional competencies within the industry.![]()

The meeting also included presentations by responsible officials regarding the Association’s financial status, operational reports, future projects, and the activities of branch offices across different regions. Participants actively engaged in discussions and provided recommendations on various matters.![]()

Furthermore, important resolutions were adopted to strengthen the Association’s reputation, improve organizational management systems, and enhance transparency, accountability, and professionalism within Myanmar’s real estate sector.![]()

The Myanmar Real Property Development Association (MRPDA), Yangon Branch, held its monthly township-level meeting today at 1:00 PM in the Associations main conference hall in Yangon.![]()

The meeting was attended by Central Vice-Chairman 1, the Central General Secretary, the Chairman and Executive Committee members of the Yangon Branch, as well as chairpersons, secretaries, executive committee members, and other members from township branches. Discussions focused on the Associations upcoming activities and organizational development initiatives.![]()

The meeting commenced with opening remarks from Deputy Central Vice-Chairman 1, U Wunna Soe, representing the Central Chairman. The Central General Secretary, Daw Lwin Lwin May, provided updates on membership matters. Following this, Yangon Branch Chairman U Boni Win, Deputy Chairman 1 U Hla Myint, Secretary Daw Khin Thida Htun, Joint/Secretary 1 Daw Aye Nwet, and Joint/Secretary 2 Daw Khine Thida Oo discussed plans for the continued establishment of township branches across Yangon and strengthening local-level organizational structures. Additionally, discussions included strategies for effectively implementing Association policies and operations at the township level, and enhancing collaboration between property buyers, customers, and members.![]()

The meeting also addressed the planning and implementation of Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) training programs. These trainings will be conducted at district and township levels to increase participation among members. Given that the real estate sector must strictly adhere to AML/CFT regulations, these programs aim to improve members legal knowledge and compliance practices.![]()

Furthermore, the meeting explored the continuation of professional development, specialized courses, and livelihood-focused training programs to enhance members skills and overall business quality in the real estate sector.![]()
