Founding MRPDA
- Myanmar Real Property Development Association (MRPDA) was established on March 20, 2017, in Yangon, Myanmar.
- According to Article 42 of the Company Law of Myanmar, it is an organization with limited liability by guarantee without adding shares. It is an association officially recognized by the Government of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

As an important step toward the development of the real estate sector in Eastern Shan State, the Myanmar Real Property Development Association (MRPDA), Tachileik District Branch, successfully organized an Advanced Real Estate Knowledge Enhancement Training, AML/CFT Awareness Training Course No. (46/2026), and FATF Global Standards, Methods and Procedures Introduction Multiplier Training Course No. (5/2026) on June 20, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the Meeting Room of Lord Eagle Hotel in Tachileik.![]()

The opening ceremony was attended by U Tint Wai Thone, Director of the General Administration Department, Tachileik District Administrator, and Chairman of the Supervisory Committee for Real Estate Agents and Precious Metal (Gold) Traders in Tachileik District, who delivered the opening remarks.![]()

Following this, U Nanda Kyaw, Central Chairman of the Myanmar Real Property Development Association (MRPDA), delivered a welcoming address, emphasizing the importance of building Myanmar’s real estate sector into a professional industry that aligns with international standards and fostering a business environment based on knowledge, ethics, and professional practices.![]()

In addition, U Kyaw Thiha, Chairman of the MRPDA Shan State Branch, explained the objectives of the training and highlighted the vision of enhancing knowledge and professional skills to support the development of the regional real estate sector.![]()
